This a painting is from my ever favorit manga: Ushio To Tora (Ushio and Tora)
It's an old one (1993/1996) but very nice, with a very complicated story and relationship between characters too ....
There is 10 (old) OVA too but it's only takes 3 first volume of the manga, who have 33 volumes (and a 34th special)
it's been app. more of 10 years I did not draw them ^^;
I'm so fan about this manga, I have a tatoo on my left shoulder blade of Tora's marks on his face. ^^ (just for the story the 2 black lines under Tora's face are 2 tears of blood he shed for a woman and a child, when he was human....there are more than 2000 years)
(Ushio's hair grow up when he uses the Beast Spear)
All is made by hand, with watercolor paint on Fonteney Canson paper. App. A3 Sized (a little bigger)
the red sun is made with acrilic paint.
